Orange-Cranberry Congealed Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg raspberry jello
- 1 c apples diced
- 1 c celery diced
- 1 c pecans chopped
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 jar cranberry-orange relish
Directions
- Drain pineapple reserve juice
- Mix one package of jello with 2 cups of hot water until completely dissolved
- Add 2 cups cold liquids juice from pineapple and cold water to make 2 cups liquid stir
- Chill jello until slightly jelled
- Add other ingredients mix well
- Refrigerate until firm
