Orange-Cranberry Congealed Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg raspberry jello
  • 1 c apples diced
  • 1 c celery diced
  • 1 c pecans chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 jar cranberry-orange relish

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple reserve juice
  2. Mix one package of jello with 2 cups of hot water until completely dissolved
  3. Add 2 cups cold liquids juice from pineapple and cold water to make 2 cups liquid stir
  4. Chill jello until slightly jelled
  5. Add other ingredients mix well
  6. Refrigerate until firm
