Orange-Graham Pie
Ingredients
- 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 c sugar
- 1 12 c pineapple juice
- 1 pkg orange jello 3 oz
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Directions
- Prepare the 2 graham cracker crusts
- Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring
- egg sugar and pineapple juice Add and stir in until dissolved orange jello
- Chill until syrupy quicker to use freezer
- Whip until stiff and thick the evaporated milk best to chill milk bowl and beaters
- Fold in jello mixture
- Pour into graham crusts
- Chill until firm
- Slice and serve
