Orange-Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg orange gelatin
• 1 12 c boiling water
• 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice thawed
• 1 c cold water
• 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
• 1 lb can grapefruit sections drained and cut in pieces

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add orange juice concentrate and cold water
3. Drain oranges reserving syrup
4. Add syrup to gelatin mixture
5. Chill until partially set
6. Fold in oranges and grapefruit
7. Pour into 6 12-cup ring mold
8. Chill until set
9. Unmold
10. Serve with mayonnaise
