Orange-Nut Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp grated orange rind
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 1 c orange juice
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl Stir in orange rind and nuts Beat eggs in small bowl Add orange juice and oil
- Mix well Add to flour mixture
- Mix until moistened
- Fill greased tins 23 full Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes Makes 18 muffins
