Orange Brunch Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 c biscuit mix
- 1 c quick cooking oats
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 12 tsp finely shredded orange peel
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
- orange honey syrup
Directions
- Stir together biscuit mix oats sugars and peel
- Beat together eggs milk juice and vanilla with rotary beater add to flour mixture
- Stir until blended let stand 5 minutes
- For each pancake pour about 14 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle
- Cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown turning once
