Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad

Ingredients
- 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1 6 oz pkg orange flavor jello
- 2 c buttermilk
- 1 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
- 14 c chopped pecans
Directions
- In large saucepan bring pineapple and syrup to boil
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin
- Cool to room temperature
- Stir in buttermilk fold in whipped topping and pecans
- Pour into 8-cup molds
- Chill 4 hours or overnight
- Serves 6 to 8
