Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad

Ingredients

• 1 8 12 oz can crushed pineapple in syrup
• 1 6 oz pkg orange flavor jello
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
• 14 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. In large saucepan bring pineapple and syrup to boil
2. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin
3. Cool to room temperature
4. Stir in buttermilk fold in whipped topping and pecans
5. Pour into 8-cup molds
6. Chill 4 hours or overnight
7. Serves 6 to 8
