Orange Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 piece of butter the size of an egg
• 34 c sour milk
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 medium orange peel
• 1 c raisins
• 1 34 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• juice of 1 orange
• 12 c sugar

Directions

1. Combine sugar eggs butter sour milk and baking soda
2. Grind twice the orange peel and raisins
3. Add to mixture
4. Add flour and salt
5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
6. Make glaze from juice of orange and sugar
7. Spread on cake while hot
