Orange Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 12 c sugar
• 2 14 c cake flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 13 c Wesson oil
• 1 c orange juice

Directions

1. Separate eggs and beat the whites with 12 cup sugar
2. Sift together the flour 1 cup sugar salt and baking powder
3. Add the Wesson oil and 12 the orange juice to the flour mixture and beat well
4. Add the egg yolks and the rest of the orange juice
5. Fold in egg whites
6. Add a little orange food coloring and coconut if desired
7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
