Orange Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter or oleo
• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 c unsifted flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• rind of 1 orange grated

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs
3. Mix soda with sour cream and add to egg mixture
4. Add all dry ingredients and orange rind Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet
5. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
