Orange Cranberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 8 14 oz can Dole crushed pineapple
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c Dole chopped dates
• 1 c Dole chopped almonds
• 2 eggs
• 1 c whole berry cranberry sauce
• 34 c vegetable oil
• 1 Tbsp grated orange peel

Directions

1. Drain pineapple
2. Combine flour sugar soda and salt
3. Stir in dates and almonds
4. Combine pineapple with eggs cranberry sauce oil and orange peel stir into dry mixture
