Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can drained pineapple tidbits
- 1 16 oz can drained peach slices
- 1 11 oz can drained mandarin oranges
- 3 medium bananas sliced
- 2 medium apples cored and chopped
- 1 3 34 or 3 58 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 12 c milk
- 13 thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 34 c sour cream
- lettuce cups
Directions
- In large bowl combine fruits set aside
- In small bowl combine dry pudding mix milk and orange juice concentrate
- Beat with rotary beater until blended 1 to 2 minutes
- Beat in sour cream
- Fold into fruit mixture
- Cover and chill
