Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 20 oz can drained pineapple tidbits
• 1 16 oz can drained peach slices
• 1 11 oz can drained mandarin oranges
• 3 medium bananas sliced
• 2 medium apples cored and chopped
• 1 3 34 or 3 58 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 12 c milk
• 13 thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
• 34 c sour cream
• lettuce cups

Directions

1. In large bowl combine fruits set aside
2. In small bowl combine dry pudding mix milk and orange juice concentrate
3. Beat with rotary beater until blended 1 to 2 minutes
4. Beat in sour cream
5. Fold into fruit mixture
6. Cover and chill
