Orange Creme Salad
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 3 oz pkg orange flavored gelatin
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and sugar beating until light and fluffy Gradually add milk beating until blended
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water let cool 5 minutes
- Gradually add to cream cheese mixture beating until blended
- Stir in rind and juice
- Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold
- Chill until firm
