Orange Creme Salad

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 14 c sugar
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 1 3 oz pkg orange flavored gelatin
• 1 c boiling water
• 2 tsp grated orange rind
• 2 Tbsp orange juice

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese and sugar beating until light and fluffy Gradually add milk beating until blended
2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water let cool 5 minutes
3. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture beating until blended
4. Stir in rind and juice
5. Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold
6. Chill until firm
