Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 c sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp light margarine
- 1 12 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp cloves
- 14 c orange juice
Directions
- Cook and drain carrots
- Melt margarine in saucepan stir in sugar cornstarch salt and cloves
- Add orange juice and stir until thick
- Pour over carrots and serve
- Yield
- 6 to 8 servings
- Excellent for low-fat diets
