Orange Kiss Me Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c sour milk
- 1 orange squeeze juice and save for topping grind skin and pulp
- 12 c nut meats ground
- 2 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c raisins ground
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except for orange juice
- Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 oven
- Sprinkle hot cake with sugar and dribble orange juice over cake
- An excellent for family get togethers
