Orange Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 12 sticks softened butter
• 1 23 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 12 c orange juice
• orange rind 2 oranges
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 12 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar well
2. Add eggs orange juice rind and vanilla
3. Mix dry ingredients
4. Add to liquid
5. Stir lightly until batter is only slightly moist but still lumpy
6. Fill greased 1 34-inch muffin tins 12 full
7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Remove and dust with powdered sugar
