Orange Pecans

Ingredients
- 2 c light brown sugar
- 12 c sweet milk
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- grated rind of 2 oranges
- 1 lb pecan halves
Directions
- Combine sugar and milk in saucepan
- Add vinegar
- Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water
- Pour mixture over pecan halves
- Add grated rind of 2 oranges and stir until pecans are coated
- Spread on foil to dry
