Orange Pie

Ingredients

• juice and grated rind of 1 orange
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 3 egg yolks save egg whites
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 pie crusts unbaked

Directions

1. Mix sugar and cornstarch add butter and egg yolks mixing well
2. Add milk juice and rind
3. Bake in crust until set at 350 Use the egg white for meringue
4. Makes 2 small pies or 1 large
