Orange Pork Tenderloin

Orange Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 8 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 ginger root sliced size of small golf ball

Directions

  1. Slice pork tenderloin in slices 12-inch thick and bake 30 minutes on rack
  2. Most of fat will be cooked out
  3. Saute garlic and ginger in undiluted orange juice for 15 minutes
  4. As sauce thickens correct with small amount of water
  5. Place warm tenderloin slices in saute pan
  6. Cover and simmer 15 minutes Serve in center of rice ring cover with sauce
  7. Serves 4
