Ingredients

• vegetable cooking spray
• 1 tsp all-purpose flour
• 1 34 c all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c granulated fructose
• 2 tsp grated orange rind
• 23 c orange juice
• 14 c vegetable oil
• 4 egg whites

Directions

1. Coat bottom of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray Dust pan with 1 teaspoon flour
2. Set aside
