Orange Raisin Bread

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 egg whites
• 1 c milk
• 12 c orange juice
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 2 Tbsp orange peel
• 2 c Raisin Bran

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix flour sugar baking powder and salt Beat egg whites in small bowl stir in milk juice oil and peel Add to flour mixture
3. Stir until moistened
4. Stir in cereal Pour into prepared pans
5. Bake 1 hour
