Orange Raisin Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots scraped and sliced
- 34 c water
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c orange juice
- 12 c raisins
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Combine carrots water and salt in saucepan
- Bring to a boil Cover and reduce the heat
- Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until carrots are crisp-tender drain
- Combine orange juice and cornstarch and stir into carrots
- Stir in raisins and sugar Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened
- Serves 4 to 6
