Orange Roughy
Ingredients
- 1 slice orange roughy per person
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine for frying
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry parsley flakes
- coarse cracker crumbs
Directions
- Salt and pepper roughy let stand 5 minutes
- Combine lemon juice and wine dash of garlic powder and parsley flakes Marinate roughy in mixture for exactly 10 minutes
- Dredge in cracker crumbs and fry in butter until browned on both sides Serve immediately
