Orange Sauced Carrots

Ingredients

• 2 lb carrots
• 12 c water
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 14 c orange juice
• 1 tsp grated orange rind
• 14 tsp ground cloves
