Orange Sherbet Gelatin Salad

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz pkg orange gelatin
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 pt orange sherbet
• 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
• 1 c heavy cream whipped or 1 pkg Dream Whip prepared

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add sherbet mix well Chill until partially set
3. Add oranges fold in whipped cream Pour into oiled 1 12-quart mold
4. Chill until set
