Orange Slice Cookie

Ingredients

• 1 lb orange slices
• 8 eggs
• 4 12 c brown sugar
• 4 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Dice the pound of orange slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour
2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
3. Add brown sugar and flour and salt
4. Mix well and add chopped nuts Turn batter into a greased and floured jelly roll pan or 9 x 15-inch pan
5. Bake at 340 for 35 minutes
6. Cut while still warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar
