Orange Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 13 c sugar
- 13 c brown sugar firmly packed
- pinch of salt
- 1 c orange juice
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- Cook sweet potatoes in jackets in 12 inch of boiling salted water until tender about 30 minutes
