Orchard Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 medium pears cored and chopped
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 12 c apple juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. In blender combine all ingredients blend until smooth
  2. Pour about 13 cup into each of six 3-ounce paper cups
  3. Cover with foil
  4. Insert wooden stick through foil
  5. Freeze
  6. for 5 hours or until firm
  7. Before serving let pops stand 10 minutes at room temperature
  8. Remove foil and peel off paper cups
