Oregano Rice

Ingredients
- 12 lb 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c long grain white rice
- 8 green onions sliced with stock and bulb used
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 3 cans water
- 1 12 tsp ground oregano
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces drained
Directions
- Saute rice in margarine until light brown rice
- Place in 3-quart casserole
- Add remaining ingredients cover
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or a little longer
