Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1 14 lb pkg Oreos or any other chocolate cookies
- 13 c butter or margarine
- 4 8 oz each pkg cream cheese cubed
- 1 c sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 13 c whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions
- In food processor or blender whirl 12 package of cookies including fillings until fine crumbs form
- Or place cookies in paper or plastic bag and crush by rolling with rolling pin
- Mix in butter
