Oreo Cookie Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 1 14 lb pkg Oreos
• 13 c butter or margarine softened
• 4 8 oz each pkg cream cheese cut into chunks
• 1 c sugar
• 13 c whipping cream
• 6 large eggs
• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. In a food processor whirl 12 package of the cookies including filling until they form fine crumbs mix in butter Scoop crumbs into a 9-inch cheesecake pan with removable bottom and press crumbs evenly over bottom of pan and about 12-inch up sides Chill crust to firm about 20 minutes
