Oreo Cookie Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c coarsely chopped Oreo cookies
  • 2 c whipping cream

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolks stir in Eagle Brand milk water and vanilla Fold in cookies and whipping cream Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart container Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm Makes 1 12 quarts
