Oriental Beef Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef browned
• 1 medium onion
• 34 c rice
• 4 Tbsp soy sauce
• 14 c water
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan at 350 for 1 12 hours
