Oriental Celery And Peas

Ingredients
- 12 c water
- 4 c sliced celery
- 12 c frozen peas
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp dry white wine
- 1 can 8 12 oz water chestnuts sliced and drained
Directions
- Bring water to boiling in large saucepan add celery and peas Cover cook 5 minutes or until celery is almost tender
- Drain and leave vegetables in saucepan
- Add salt pepper soy sauce wine and water chestnuts to vegetables in saucepan
- Toss together
- Cook 2 minutes longer
