Oriental Pork
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork cut in cubes
- 1 beaten egg
- 14 c cornstarch
- 14 c flour
- 1 14 c chicken broth
- salad oil
- 1 large green pepper cut up
- 12 c chopped carrots
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Trim excess fat from pork
- Combine egg 14 cup cornstarch flour 14 cup chicken broth and 12 teaspoon salt salt optional Beat until smooth
- Pour salad oil 1-inch deep in electric skillet Heat to 375
- Dip pork in batter and fry 5 to 6 minutes or until golden
