Oriental Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 to 8 thick pork chops
- pineapple rings save juice
- fresh mushrooms
- 13 c soy sauce
- 14 c sugar
- 2 12 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Brown pork chops and place in baking pan one layer
- Place a pineapple ring on each with a mushroom cap in center
- In saucepan combine pineapple juice add water to make 2 12 cups soy sauce and sugar bring to a boil
- Stir in 12 cup of water in which the cornstarch has been dissolved
- Bring to a boil again Pour over chops
- Bake at 325 for 2 hours covered
