Oriental Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 oz can mushrooms
- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
- 8 oz can bamboo shoots drained
- 13 c soy sauce
- 1 c cream of mushroom soup
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c hot water
- 34 c rice
Directions
- Brown beef celery and onions
- Drain off excess fat
- Mix in mushrooms water chestnuts bamboo shoots and soy sauce Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water stir in mushroom soup
- Add to beef mixture
- Stir in rice
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350
- Serves 6 to 8
