Oriental Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c soy sauce
- 12 c lemon juice
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp red food coloring
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 or 4 lb pork shoulder boneless allows better penetration but bone-in will work as well
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pork
- Place meat in plastic bag big enough to hold it and place in bowl
- Pour marinade in bag Refrigerate at least 4 hours overnight is fine
- Occasionally move the bag around so marinade reaches all portions of the meat
