Oriental Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage nappa or savory
- 5 green onions chopped
- 12 c oleo
- 2 pkg Ramen noodles do not use flavored
- 12 c sunflower seeds
- 2 12 oz sliced almonds
Directions
- Cut cabbage lengthwise and crosswise slice thin
- Add onions and chill
- Brown noodles in oleo
- Add sunflower seeds and almonds
- Saute until light brown drain on paper towel
- I do this ahead of time and store in plastic container
