Osgood Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs separated
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 12 c raisins
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Beat egg yolks until light and thick
- Sift spices with sugar add to yolks
- Add pecans raisins butter and vinegar
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Pour in unbaked pie shell
- Bake 10 minutes at 400
- Reduce to 350 for 25 minutes
