Out-Of-This-World Pie

Ingredients

• 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
• 1 can 16 oz crushed pineapple undrained
• 34 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 3 oz pkg cherry flavored gelatin
• 1 tsp red food coloring optional
• 4 bananas sliced
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 2 baked pie shells

Directions

1. In saucepan combine pie filling undrained pineapple sugar and cornstarch
2. Cook over medium heat until thick
3. Add gelatin and food coloring stirring until gelatin dissolves
4. Remove from heat stir in bananas and nuts
5. Spoon into pie shells Refrigerate until firm
6. Garnish with whipped cream
7. Makes 2 pies
