Out Of This World Cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
• 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
• 1 c milk
• 1 can flaked coconut
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 14 oz pkg graham crackers crushed

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly
2. Add vanilla
3. Add graham cracker crumbs and baking powder together and add alternately with milk to the first mixture Mix well then add crushed pineapple undrained coconut and pecans
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in tube pan
5. Dust with confectioners sugar
