Oven-Baked Apple-Pecan Pancake
Ingredients
- 34 c pancake mix
- 12 c water
- 3 eggs
- 13 c sugar
- 2 large tart cooking apples
- 14 c melted butter
- 14 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 450
- Mix pancake mix eggs water and 1 teaspoon sugar mix well
- In ovenproof skillet saute apples in butter until tender
- Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with nuts Pour batter evenly over apples
- Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon Sprinkle over batter
- Cover skillet with lid or foil and bake 12 to 14 minutes or until pancake is puffed and sugar is melted
