Oven-Baked Barbecue Spareribs

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 lb country style pork spareribs
• 1 c hot chicken bouillon
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 14 c ketchup
• 14 c soy sauce
• 14 c honey

Directions

1. Add garlic ketchup soy sauce and honey to chicken bouillon Stir until well blended
2. Pour into shallow baking dish
3. Lay spareribs in the marinade sauce and let sit in refrigerator turning occasionally overnight or 8 hours at least in sauce Bake at 375 in oven for 1 12 hours turning for even browning in the pan with the sauce
4. Serves 4
