Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef round steak 34 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 34 c catsup
  • 12 c vinegar
  • 34 c water
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into 6 to 8 servings pieces
