Oven-Barbecued Round Steak

Ingredients
- 3 lb beef round steak 34 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 12 c chopped onion
- 34 c catsup
- 12 c vinegar
- 34 c water
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut the meat into 6 to 8 servings pieces
- Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes Transfer the meat to an ungreased casserole
