Oven-Fried Sesame ChickenDiabetic Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp reduced calorie margarine
- 4 chicken breast halves skinned
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
Directions
- Combine sesame seed flour and pepper
- Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce dredge in sesame seed mixture
- Arrange chicken bone side down in a large shallow baking dish
- Melt margarine drizzle over chicken
- Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender
