Ingredients

  • 2 lb stew beef cut in 12-inch cubes
  • 5 or 6 carrots
  • 3 or 4 potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet Cut all vegetables in chunks
  2. Mix all ingredients in large roasting pan
  3. Cover tightly with foil bake for 3 hours at 325 or for 4 hours at 250
  4. Dont peek until after 2 hours re-cover and finish baking
