Oven Bake Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef cut in 12-inch cubes
- 5 or 6 carrots
- 3 or 4 potatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Brown beef in skillet Cut all vegetables in chunks
- Mix all ingredients in large roasting pan
- Cover tightly with foil bake for 3 hours at 325 or for 4 hours at 250
- Dont peek until after 2 hours re-cover and finish baking
