Oven Baked Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cubed
- 2 onions
- 2 lb carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 10 potatoes
- 4 Tbsp tapioca
- 2 cans beef broth
Directions
- Clean and cut potatoes
- Cut all vegetables up into pieces Combine ingredients in baking pan
- Pour in 2 cans of broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake at 300 for 3 hours
