Oven Baked Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef cubed
• 2 onions
• 2 lb carrots
• 3 stalks celery
• 10 potatoes
• 4 Tbsp tapioca
• 2 cans beef broth

Directions

1. Clean and cut potatoes
2. Cut all vegetables up into pieces Combine ingredients in baking pan
3. Pour in 2 cans of broth
4. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Bake at 300 for 3 hours
