12 c freshly squeezed orange juice from one of the 3 oranges
13 c apple juice
1 Tbsp cornstarch
12 tsp chicken bouillon optional
3 oranges peeled cut in half cartwheel slices and well drained use 1 for juice
Directions
Line a 12 x 8 x 2-inch shallow baking dish with foil
Lightly brush both sides of halibut steaks with oil
Arrange in dish Sprinkle with orange peel and dill Cover dish with foil and bake at 450 allowing 10 to 12 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part or until halibut flakes when tested with a fork
