Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
- 6 medium carrots cut into 12 inch chunks
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
