Oven Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb beef stew without fat
- 6 carrots cut in chunks
- 12 c celery cut
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 12 to 34 c water
- 2 Tbsp pearl tapioca
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 pkg onion soup mix
- 12 c frozen peas
- potatoes
Directions
- Combine all except potatoes and peas
- Bake covered tightly in a 325 oven for 2 12 to 3 hours
- Stir and add potatoes and peas
- Continue baking 1 12 hours or until potatoes are done
