Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 8 or 9 qt popped corn
- 1 c oleo
- 12 c white syrup
- 12 tsp soda
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Boil all ingredients except corn and soda for 5 minutes mixing well and stirring
- Remove from heat and add soda
- Stir in quickly
- Pour over popped corn
- Mix well
- Put in 2 large flat pans and place in a 250 oven for 1 hour
- Be sure to stir 2 or 3 times
- Store in lightly closed container
